    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the PodcastCrew website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Services

    PodcastCrew provides podcast production, video production, post-production editing, and related media services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

    3. Booking & Payments

    All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in project delays or suspension of services.

    4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

    5. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes. PodcastCrew retains the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw footage and project files remain the property of PodcastCrew unless explicitly transferred.

    6. Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional charges.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    PodcastCrew's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    8. Website Use

    You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. All content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
