Where should we film?
Up to 3 camera angles, lighting, audio, and a technician are included for every episode we film — in studio or on location.
Travel within 50 miles of our studio is included in the on location rate. Travel beyond 50 miles will incur additional fees.
Before You Book
What's included
- An onsite technician for your whole session.
- Use of the studio space, lighting, and audio recording gear. For on location shoots, we bring this gear with us.
- Up to 3 camera angles. More cameras are available at extra cost.
- Broadcast-quality video and audio recording.
- Ready-to-edit MP4 files, one per camera, with video and audio synced. They're delivered within 2 business days.
- Filming + editing includes up to 1 hour of shooting time plus editing, with up to 2 reels, and distribution to major podcast networks.
What's not included
- Editing, reels, and publishing, unless your package includes them.
- Hosts, guests, scripts, and show content. You bring the people and the talking points.
- Long-term file storage. We keep your files for 30 days after delivery, then delete them, so please download and back them up.
Booking terms
- Minimum booking time is 1 hour.
- If this is your first time booking in studio, please book an extra hour for set design and setup. After your first studio booking, we set up before you arrive. For On-Location recording, setup and teardown are included in the rate.
- You can reschedule for free with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or move with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't show up, there's no refund.
- If your session runs over, the extra time is billed per hour at your booked rate, as long as the studio is free.
- We may share clips of your session and behind the scenes images and videos in our portfolio and promotions unless you ask us in writing not to.
- Prices assume a standard one-on-one interview-style or straight-to-camera episode filmed in an hour or less. More complex projects are quoted separately.
- Travel within 50 miles of our studio is included in the on location rate. Travel beyond 50 miles will incur additional fees.
