About This Role
As a Podcast Producer, you'll own the production process for multiple client shows. From booking guests and planning episodes to directing recording sessions and overseeing post-production, you'll ensure every episode meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with clients
- Plan episode content, research topics, and prep guests
- Direct in-studio and remote recording sessions
- Oversee post-production workflow and quality control
- Track analytics and provide performance reports to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years in podcast or media production
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience with recording equipment and studio setups
- Understanding of podcast distribution platforms
